Welcome to SO Skin. These terms apply to your use of so-skin.co and to every order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are younger, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Products and Information

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Skin is personal, so results vary from person to person.

Before first use, apply a small amount to a discreet area and wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs at any point, stop using the product and speak with a healthcare professional if needed.

We work hard to keep product descriptions, ingredient lists, and prices accurate. Small errors can still slip through, and we may correct them at any time without notice.

Orders and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through secure, industry-standard payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

We may refuse or cancel an order in limited cases, for example suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or a stock issue. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We currently ship within the United States only, using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Orders are processed within 48 hours, and delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Full details are on our Delivery and Returns page.

Subscriptions

The Anti-Blemish & Scar Repair Serum is available as a subscription billed every 4 weeks. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can manage, pause, or cancel anytime from your account, as long as you do so before your next billing date.

Returns and Guarantee

Your first order is covered by our 30-Day First Try Money Back Guarantee: use the product for at least 14 days, and if it is not right for your skin, request a full refund between day 14 and day 30 after your order. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product names, and Silver Chitosan® — belongs to SO Skin or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

We ask that you use the site fairly. You agree not to:

use the site for any unlawful purpose;
interfere with the site's operation or security;
scrape, harvest, or extract content or data from the site;
resell or commercially exploit any part of the site or its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of the place where you live.
