Every order ships free. There is no minimum to hit and no shipping fee at checkout — standard delivery costs nothing, on every US order.
We process your order within 48 hours. It then travels with trusted US carriers — USPS or UPS — and typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days, anywhere in the United States.
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, we send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door. You can also check its status anytime under My Orders in your account.
If anything goes wrong with your delivery, our customer care team is here to help.
Refunds and Returns
We are glad to help with returns for products purchased directly on so-skin.co. Please note that we cannot accept returns of cosmetic products that have been opened.
To start a return, email customercare@so-skin.co within 30 days of delivery. We will reply with the return address. From there, your product must reach us within 7 business days — otherwise we may not be able to process your refund.

Real skincare results take time. That is why our guarantee asks you to use your products for at least 14 days — long enough for your skin to respond.
If you are not seeing the results you expected, simply request a full refund anytime between day 14 and day 30 after your order. There is nothing to send back — keep the products, and we encourage you to recycle the packaging. The guarantee applies to your first order per household, placed directly on so-skin.co.
